Tandym Print’s quality management system is based on the international Standard ISO 9001, and our team is committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our system by means of constant review and appraisal.

We are in the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified. Securing our certification is a priority for the business and has been a significant focus of our management team. ISO 9001 is complemented by formal management reviews, internal audits, corrective and preventative programmes.

To ensure the integrity of the system, quantitative quality objectives based on operational metrics are established, monitored, measured and reviewed by managers who are held accountable for their results. In addition, all of Tandym Print’s employees are trained in quality management methods and are supplied with the resources required to ensure that such methods are used effectively.
